Are you a student? Are you a colleague? Are you a member of the public who wants to know more?
PLEASE CONTACT ME!
If you're curious about my research, my teaching, or you are a prospective student interested in working with me, please don't hesitate to reach out (phillip.larson@mnsu.edu). We have a M.S. program where you can conduct geomorphology, quaternary geology, environmental-focused, or geoarcheologic research at Minnesota State and I am also affiliated with the University of Minnesota Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences where I can supervise M.S. students or co-supervise Ph.D. students with Dr. Andrew Wickert.
If you are a prospective undergraduate looking to major in Earth Science, please feel free to email me or stop by my office! We have a B.S. in Earth Science, a certificate in Geomorphology & Earth Surface Processes, and we collaborate with Anthropology on a certificate in Geoarcheology. We also have a B.S. in Earth Science Teaching, which provides licensure for 5-12 Earth and Space Science in Minnesota. Fundamental skills in geographic information science can be acquired through Geography's GISc certificate, too!
